Special notes

Meet & greet service is included in the price. A surcharge of €10 is required for meeting outside office hours, payable to the property manager on arrival along with the cleaning fee.
Broadband access via network cable is available, (NEW! laptop and printer now also avaialable) but needs to be arranged when you do the booking.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100/€130 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house. Please report any damage to the property manager, or smaller breakages can be replaced with similar items eg. crockery or glasses. 

Both short and long term rentals are available. Please e-mail for rates.

We aim to be flexible to accommodate your holiday requirements. We do not operate a "Saturday to Saturday" booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals. Also, we do not insist on rigid arrival or departure times, providing no other guests are arriving on that day.
